- :I have been reading these Software Hut things now for days... I really
- :don't know what the problem is, if you don't like them don't use them
- :and that leaves more of a selection for me.
- :
- :Other than the very first time I called them back in 1990, I have had
- :no problems, that time they forgot about me and left me on a long distance
- :line hanging forever, I finally hung up. But since then, I have ordered
- :a 4000, WB 3.1, a bunch of software, and other things from Guam, and
- :all was shipped and arrived in excellent condition just as ordered.
- :
- :Now too bad I can't say the same for Safe Harbor... those guys gave
- :me a serious run-around concerning a CD rom and I finally got one
- :after about 3 months and over 150.00 worth of phone calls...
- :
- :Select Solutions however has always remained my favorite, but I don't
- :know how they have been doing recently since I have not ordered anything
- :for 6 months or so.

- I have ordered from Safe Harbor at least 10 times in the past 5 years without
- any problems whatsoever, I have the highest regards for their
- service, intregity and they are very friendly and polite on the phone.
- I guess everyone has one bad experience with a mail-order firm, which proves
- nobody's perfect.
